Originally from a Corporate Background of over 30 years in Customer Service Management, Lynne followed her heart and started her own business as a Weight Loss Consultant in 2013. 

Realising that there was much more to losing weight than just following a diet plan.  That is when Lynne began to get curious about Neuro Linguistic Programming and how she could help her clients in a more effective way.

This curiosity led Lynne on the most amazing journey of Personal Development. 

She studied NLP, Time Line Therapy ® and Hypnosis from Practitioner level, to Master Practitioner level

then finally to Trainer level. She is currently on an acceleration programme to Master Trainer.

​

Lynne now offers a number of Accredited and Non Accredited Training courses to everyone who is curious.

Lynne is also a Master Coach for Wellbeing and Business and specialises in Weight Loss Coaching.

Coaching and Training are both available face to face and online.

She is very helpful and will explain things if I didn't understand.
It helped as it wasn't just slides being shown she explained it all to us.
It was smaller groups which always works a lot better for me.

I've done various counselling type courses over the years but NLP gives you a completely different perspective.
